Leading the change in an organization such as a school is no piece of cake for the principal and for the first transformed teachers who set the tone. The change management curriculum is defined around 3 axes:
- Documenting the change in my school according to the School Transformation Lab criteria.
- Classic change management theory and freedom-form companies.
- Coaching other schools.
Documenting the change in my school
We have identified from the literature the main features of a 21st century school and the qualities of its students.
How far is your school for each criteria? What about students explaining to each other or personalized learning path? Is there any progress?
Classic management change theory
Many organizations have successfully been through disruptive changes. Many more failed. What lessons can we learn from these organization ? And from school ? What is an f-form or liberated company, and how a liberated school would look like ?

Coaching other schools
Concretely going into the class of another school, with its teacher and students, is an effective way to foster more experience. It includes participating to “pilot team” meetings of that school.
When it becomes more difficult to suffer than to change… you will change.
